This weekend, orange and blue skies took over Abu Dhabi, with the New York Knicks heading out 2-0 with the Philadelphia 76ers.
It was another powerful show from the Knicks. Because they continued to prove their quality compared to another powerful Eastern Conference side.
Mike Brown praised Jalen Brunson for his adaptation to his new Play Style. And the Knicks are winning with Brown’s tactical approach.
But Branson and his teammates aren’t happy with how they think, as they’re as strong as they’ve seen before.
Jalen Brunson and OG Anunoby spoke to reporters after their victory over the Philadelphia 76ers in Abu Dhabi.
When the reporter asked which team he was looking for in the East, Branson immediately said he had eyes open to all teams and didn’t count on any side.
Jalen Brunson: “Everyone. No one should look.”
and anunoby: “I agree. Everyone.”
The Knicks have the most stacked roster at the Eastern Conference, and the Cleveland Cavaliers are probably the only prominent rival in the division.
However, there is no guarantee that they will make it from the Eastern Conference without any issues as to all the powers of the Knicks have.
The Knicks’ roster isn’t past the rest of the Eastern teams, but they have to realize that they are favorites for reasons.
The Knicks have a strong roster with excellent All-Stars, role players, and now they even have much needed depth.
Their upset in the playoffs for the third year in a row would be unacceptable as they have everything they need in the end.
Hopefully, the Knicks can put their actions together and pin down some wins to start the season and give them the momentum boost they need to make a strong campaign.
