Draymond Green has revealed that the mentality of the latest Golden State Warriors player Jimmy Butler is ahead of next week’s match against former team Miami Heat.
The former most improved player moved to the Warriors just before the trade deadline, shortly after his tenure in Miami ended with tensions between Butler and Pat Riley.
But things are all going well for him, as the Warriors look like rejuvenating units with Butler in their lineup.
The team is 15-2 in the sixth All-Stars, and his contributions make them seem like a difficult aspect to hit.
As the season reaches the end of business, fixtures will be tough for the Warriors, but next week, all eyes will be in a game against the Miami Heat.
Jimmy Butler will face the Miami Heat before him on Wednesday, March 25th.
Draymond Green has revealed that Butler is on “10”, but he doesn’t know if he’ll let his teammates know how they feel about the game.
Speaking about “Draymond Green Show with Baron Davis,” Green said:
“There are people who don’t say anything. That means a lot to them, but they just don’t say anything. And then, ‘No, I’m going to get this’, the reality is, we all know Jimmy’s mentality.
“He’s going to be ten. What I’m excited to see is he’ll be the guy who lets others know and means us around him.
“Nottheless, I think the atmosphere will be a great one.”
Green revealed that Butler will inform himself with several plays during the game.
“I think there are some plays that Jimmy is trying to make that known in that game, and I’m looking forward to the smoke,” Green added.
Green will also face his former teammates Andrew Wiggins and Kyle Anderson.
Both players were sent to the heat in Butler’s trade, but their teams are struggling and are currently owing a nine-game winning streak.
Wiggins won the championship with the Warriors in 2022, but during that time Anderson was part of the team at the start of the season, helping him get off to a 12-3 start.
Speaking about the return of his former teammate, Greene said: “Wigs wants to come and Wigs want to play great.
“I think it will create a great atmosphere.
I think it will be a fun game. looking forward to it. Obviously, Miami has always been fun with this, but we’re locked up there. So I look forward to it. I think it’s great. ”
