Uncertainty about the Golden State Warriors roster has caused some discomfort as the season approaches.
Even before free agency, the Golden State Warriors were supported by Jonathan Kuminga’s contract status could cover the offseason.
And we don’t have two weeks to NBA Media Day, and Jonathan Kuminga has yet to sign a contract with the Warriors.
Although Kuminga is said to want a Golden State, the team is overwhelmed by the trade offer, leading to a standoff as the deal is negotiated.
The impact of knock-on is that the Warriors will not be able to fill in the remaining roster unless they clarify the pay they need to commit to Cuminga.
Former Celtics champion Al Horford is waiting to sign with the warrior, but is unable to do so.
Earlier this week, there was a big insider ESPN article about Jonathan Cuminga’s standoffs, telling us how the drama has played out over the past few months.
One argument was that star players Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green understand the team’s stance in that they can afford to pay Kuminga, so they “don’t upset” the situation.
However, Warriors insider Dalton Johnson has been claimed that Jimmy Butler is not completely relaxed about the ongoing drama.
Johnson told NBC’s Dubs speech:
“Jimmy Butler can also reach out to the team and say with confidence, “What’s going on? I just wanted to know the plan.” ”
He explained that Butler was tired of the contract drama he had experienced with the Miami Heat and wanted a purer experience in the Bay.
“Of course, Steph, Draymond, Jimmy, they’re in the loop. I understand that. But Jimmy came in the last year and showed me some sort of right, you took care of me.
“For me, when I have a contract for you, I’m all about basketball, and it’s about basketball.
As it stands, it is highly likely that the Warriors negotiations with Jonathan Kuminga will appear in October.
This is far from ideal. This is because of the impact it will have on the remaining staff.
Montepur explained:
“They don’t have it now.”
The Warriors faced the Lakers in the preseason on October 5th, one of five games, switching the regular season against LeBron James and Co. actually.
