Perhaps Joan Mir seduced fate when he said, “I don’t believe in bad luck” after Motog in the Czech Republic.
The Honda HRC rider culminated in DNF from Brno’s Grand Prix on Sunday, enduring a dreadful, unhappy run.
He was wiped out from the back by Alex Marquez and left to argue his case with gravel.
The MotoGP admin was on Mir’s side and punished Marquez.
He failed to finish 8 of the 12 Grand Prix in 2025.
Mir claimed he didn’t believe in bad luck and instead provided technical reasons for Honda’s vulnerability.
However, his team certainly felt he was a victim of misfortune.
“Due to his own fault, Joan Mir will be taken away again,” Honda posted on social media.
“You can’t make up for it…
“Can I tell you what else I can do?”
Surprisingly, his luck will get worse on Sunday evening.
“He’s also cancelled his return tonight,” Honda confirmed.
Mir was left to contemplate his unlucky streak on an extra unnecessary night at a Czech hotel.

A week ago, in Germany, his grand prix ended after an inevitable conflict in the ai ogura.
“The Oxford Dictionary was emailed and asked me to place a photo of Joan next to ‘bad luck’,” Honda’s response was a response.
Mir will be ranked 19th in MotoGP.
The only riders with fewer points than him are Jorge Martin, who started two grand peri due to injuries, Honda rider Somkiat Chantra, Pramac’s Miguel Oliveira, and Test and Exchange rider.
Mir was signed by Honda in 2026, reducing the pressure he might otherwise come down.
The 2020 MotoGP champions will be desperate for better luck after summer vacation.
However, he firmly believes he is not a victim of bad luck, so he hopes that his RC213V improvement will make him more susceptible.
