Joe Rogan believes that without people like Harry Goulard, the world would be a better place.
For those unfamiliar, Guralte is a man accused of abusing Cain Belásquez’s son in a daycare owned by his mother. The former UFC heavyweight champion is now sentenced to five years in prison after attempting to chase a vehicle carrying a Gralt while firing multiple rounds from a handgun, one of the bullets that hit Gurart’s stepfather, causing a life-threatening injury.
Velazquez was charged with numerous crimes, including attempted murder, which resulted in a potential sentence of 20 years.
He is still roaming about the man who allegedly assaulted Velázquez’s then-4-year-old son.
“I mean, the judge’s hands were tied,” Logan discussed Velazquez’s ruling on his JRE podcast. “He had to write a sentence. I think this is the lowest price. They were trying to give him 30 years. Yeah, for an attempted murder.
“But the man was in murderous rage for good reason. Of course, if he killed the man, the world is my feelings. That’s what I feel.
Harry Golarte is on trial in June when Velazquez’s son allegedly abused
Velazquez was sentenced to five years in prison for the crime on the credits he served. As a result, the former fighter could be parole as early as March 2026.
In January, Goularte was given a judicial trial date of June 2 by Judge Benjamin Williams. He is faced with one count of committing indecent behaviour against a child. In California, felony charges face a maximum sentence of eight years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
