Joe Rogan is back in his normal seat on the broadcasting team for the upcoming UFC 316 broadcast, which airs Saturday from Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
The veteran podcaster and longtime color commentator sat at UFC 315 when the promotion traveled to Canada, but Logan returned with the play-by-play guy, John Annick and UFC Hall of Fame Daniel Cormier.
UFC officials confirmed broadcast plans for the MMA battle on Monday.
With a normal three-person team calling the fight on Saturday, the rest of the broadcast team includes boxing legend Tedia Truss as one of the lead analysts in the fight. Atlas has recently retired UFC veterans Anthony Smith and Chael Sonnen joining the analysis for the fight.
Karyn Bryant handles reporting duties from within the arena, and Din Thomas will be coaching during the broadcast, providing insight and analysis during the fight.
UFC 316 is headlined by a pair of Bantamweight’s title fights, with Merab Dvalishvili lifting his belt for the second time, as he faces the man who beaten to win the title at Sean O’Malley. This fight serves as O’Malley’s first appearance since it fell to Dvalishvili this September.
In the co-main event, Julian Na Pena makes the first defense of the women’s bantamweight title when faced with two Olympic gold medalist Kaela Harrison, who will come to fight with a 2-0 record in the UFC, including a dominant victory over former champion Hollyholm in the UFC 300.
