Despite not having Steve Kerr’s faith, Jonathan Cuminga is bowling for the Warriors.
The Golden State Warriors are currently taking part in the series by winning Game 4 against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Things have been tough for the Warriors ever since they lost Stephen Curry in Game 1. Jimmy Butler and Buddy Heald won them in Game 1, but the rest of the series seemed biased.
Jonathan Cuminga moved Steve Kerr in minutes in Game 2 and scored a spot in Game 3. And despite the losses in Game 3, Kerr was once again impressed by Kuminga’s efforts.
Kuminga’s performance appears to be taking place under the radar, as one statistic shows how well he’s played for him.

At the end of the first quarter of Game 4 between the Warriors and the Timberwolves, Jonathan Kuminga established his presence.
He ended the period with eight points and one assist as he shot 3-4 from the field. Warriors expert Anthony Slater pointed out how great Kuminga is in the last few games.
In the final nine quarters (game 2-3 full, and first quarter game 4), Kuminga scored 56 points in 68 minutes, making it 22-23 from the field.
These numbers prove that Kuminga brings a whole new dynamic to the Warriors’ offense and is able to carry teams during the game’s stretch.

Jonathan Kuminga has played very well in this series so far. He currently averages 18.3 points per game in the series.
By the end of the first half, Kuminga has already scored 16 points, leading the Warriors in scoring. Jimmy Butler was right to say he could play with Jonathan Kuminga, whom Steve Kerr opposed.
From now on, Steve Kerr must begin to rely on Jonathan Cuminga. Even when Stephen Curry returns to the team, Cuminga must consider rotation.
He proves that being too valuable as a scorer is far too valuable to be left out of the squad, especially against the tough Timberwolves team.
