Manchester United are trapped in the capture of Valencia midfielder Jabi Guerra.
According to Italian journalist Daniel Longo, the 22-year-old central midfielder is very close to Manchester United and will play for them next season. He is outstanding for Valencia in La Liga and has a technical attribute that will work well in the Premier League as well.
Guerra has been linked to Arsenal recently. Meanwhile, Manchester United were keen on Eric Ten Hagg when he was at the club as well.
Javi Guerra is the ideal fit
Manchester United needed a quality central midfielder who could direct the tempo of the game and help creatively. He has all the tools to develop into a complete central midfielder. Manchester United will do well to secure his signature.
Guerra scored three goals and three assists this past season. He is described as a “really amazing player” by Gaizka Mendieta with a great present and a future.
The opportunity to join one of the world’s biggest clubs is extremely exciting for the Spanish midfielder, and he is looking to prove his qualities in English football next season. Manchester United needed someone like him to dominate the midfield contest. It will be interesting to see if he can form a solid partnership with Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte.
Man United need quality players
Manchester United had a disappointing season last year, and they finished in the lower half of the league table. They will appear to bouncing hard, and they need high quality players at will.
Guerra will be a solid long-term acquisition for them. He has the qualities that will develop into a key player for the Red Devils. If they can sign him for a reasonable amount, the transfer may look like a solid investment in the future.
