After a successful Premier League this season, Liverpool has drawn attention to the summer transfer business.
The team is full of quality players in every position, but there are some adjustments needed to make more improvements.
Arne Slot is pleased with his team’s performance this season, but their elimination from the Champions League will hinder him.
That would make them different to Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool will need to be added this summer
That’s why they’re targeting attackers’ movements, and Eintrak Frankfurt’s Hugo Ekitique is on their radar.
Another position they are keen to strengthen is Andy Robertson’s depth and the position of the left bacl, where competition is needed.
Journalist David Ornstein confirmed that Bournemouth defender Milos Karques is the top transfer target for Liverpool’s summer transfer window.
Ornstein said on the Sky Sports Back Pages podcast:
“Perhaps they’ll need one of Andy Robertsons or maybe the more likely (Costas) Twimica will leave. At the top of the list is Milos Karques of Bournemouth.
“They have other options too. What they do there could be an impact on the type of right-back they have if they have. Don’t forget, because they have Connor Bradley and Joe Gomez as options.
Milos Kerquez would suit Anfield well
The Reds have long linked to Kerkez’s move after Bournemouth’s impressive performance this season.
The young Hungarian defender has brilliant defenses and his offensive contributions have not been overlooked.
He’s still young and has a long way to go, so that’s why players like club Robertson can help him get better in the future.
A wise move from Liverpool is to offload Costas Tsimika this summer and keep Robertson able to act as a mentor to Kerques before reaching new levels.
