Tottenham Hotspur wants to sign Savinho from Manchester City, and they are ready to return with improved offers to get the deal done.
They declined the offer for the 21-year-old attacker, and Sebastian Vidal reports they will return with improved offers. Thomas Frank is really pushing to get the deal done, and Tottenham is ready to make a new effort.
The 21-year-old is highly regarded throughout Europe and he has a bright future. Savinho could prove to be a quality acquisition of Tottenham. It remains to be seen whether the two clubs will be able to finalize the deal.
Savinho needs movement
The players have no future in Manchester City. He’s unlikely to become a regular starter for them next season. It makes sense for him to move on.
If he wants to fulfill his incredible potential, he must play regularly at this stage of his career. Tottenham can provide him with that platform. Sabigno is reportedly moving this summer.
Spurs can use Savinho
They need more cutting edge in the last third, and the Brazilians could be ideal for them too.
His son Hyun Min has left the club and James Madison has been on the sidelines for several months due to injury. Tottenham requires more depth in their attacking units. A 21-year-old could be an ideal acquisition. He is currently settling in British football and did reasonably well with Manchester City last season. He quickly made an impact in Tottenham and was able to improve them in the future.
It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can convince Manchester City to accept a reasonable deal from players. He was an incredible talent for a bright future and was able to prove he was a quality investment in the long run. But Tottenham doesn’t want to pay his odds now.
