UFC female bantamweight fighter and former PFL world champion Kayla Harrison has appeared on a bonfire podcast with Mike Bourne. If Harrison beats current UFC women’s bantamweight champion Julianna Pena, she was asked about the potential return of former two-division UFC champion Amanda Nunes.
“Of course I have to do a wh to Juliana, but that was always the battle I wanted. I never meant it in a rude way. I think she is the best ever. I didn’t become the second greatest in the sport.
“We didn’t train live much. It was drilling and situational from what I remember. I didn’t go 100%. She didn’t get 40% of my life either, but I was in the gym every day.
Harrison, unlike previous dominant female judo Ronda Lucy, was a classy woman who has moved away from the kind of garbage story. He continues to focus on the task at hand, the current champion Julianna Pena.
Kayla Harrison aims to excel in the UFC, as he did with PFL against Amanda Nunes.
Kayla Harrison has proven to be the top dog in the PFL, defeating something like the super-focused Larissa Pacheco twice. Now that she has shown she can compete in UFC bantamweight, Kayla Harrison has proven that she will overcome the odds as a two-time PFL champion as she tries to reach the top of the UFC and reach the two-divided MMA champion.
