And now it appears that his future with the Pelican in New Orleans is in the air. The Pelican fired GM David Griffin after years of failing to team building.
Joe Dumars has been appointed as his successor and was able to decide to call time at Zion Williamson Experiment in New Orleans.

Kevin Garnett spoke with Paul Pierce on the show about the situation with Zion Williamson in New Orleans. He had the advice of the wise man.
Garnet added that he doesn’t know what Zion wants to do. But he encouraged people to focus on showing how special he is, no matter where he goes.
“It comes down to where Zion wants to play. Sometimes, when players miss a lot of games, I get it and there’s medical staff.”

Kendrick Perkins hinted at Zion, fixing many issues in his everyday life and camp. So this allows the Pelican to find confidence in Williamson to have another chance.
Wherever he goes, next season is Zion Williamson’s makeup or break. And it’s time for him to step up and show why he’s one of the best prospects in recent history.
