The Lakers fell to a loss of 103-96 and did not fall to the Series 4-1 elimination to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Austin Reeves struggled badly for the Lakers in Game 5. He only scored 12 points during his defeat.
The Reaves were awful 2-10 from the 3-point range and shot 5-14 overall from the field.
As the leader of six turnovers, this was a disastrous performance from a player who finished the series, averaging 16.2 points.
Lakers fans were overwhelmed by Austin Reeves’ performance and wondered what the future could bring to him.

Lakers general manager Rob Perinka recently praised Austin Reeves and commented that he wanted to keep him at every cost.
A playoff series like this could have encouraged him to rethink as the Lakers clearly needed improvements.
