The Los Angeles Lakers almost concluded their offseason as their focus shifted to the start of the 2025-26 NBA season.

The Lakers got off to a relatively quiet start in the offseason, signing Jay Claravia after losing Dorian Finney Smith to the Houston Rockets.

But things were taken up for Los Angeles as they signed Deandre Ayton and Marcus Smart to address some of their biggest needs through the NBA acquisition market.

With the Lakers starting their lineup and the roster complete, the team will compete in the Loaded Western Conference led by Luka Donsic and LeBron James.

The Lakers moved out of NBA free agent Cam Red Dish after abandoning him before the start of the playoffs to make room for playoff-friendly Jodang Goodwin.

With Reddish unable to find a new home in the NBA, Basketnews reports that the 26-year-old Tsubasa is undergoing high consultation to sign with Lithuanian basketball team BC Siaulia.

This move is a surprise as Reddish is still in the early stages of his career. However, the injury hurt his development and he was unable to stay in court.

Most games he played in the NBA singleseason is 58. This came during a rookie year with the Atlanta Hawks.

After a stint with the Hawks, New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers, Reddish headed for the Lakers in the summer of 2023 when the team signed him.

In his first season with the Lakers, he averaged only 5.4 points in 48 games.

The following season he appeared in just 33 games, averaging 3.2 points per contest.

He was used primarily in the Lakers’ main defensive roles, and was dramatically immersed in offensive production.

A former college star for the Duke Blue Devils, Reddish was the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.
