Arsenal and Chelsea reportedly met representatives of Real Madrid forward Rodrigo, and are seeking to encourage talks over the summer transfer.
The future of Brazilian International at the Bernabeu appears to be somewhat suspicious after seeing him fall in pecking order after the season.
There was a lot of competition in this Madrid team and Rodrigo was able to do well to continue his career elsewhere.
It appears he will not fall into a suitor as Fichajes reports he has already been in contact from Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City.
Rodrigo is certainly enough to play more regularly for these clubs, so it would be interesting to see where he ends.
Rodrygo’s transfer availability sparks interest in the Premier League
Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City are reportedly in touch with Rodrigo’s representatives to accelerate transfer talks.
The Fichajes report states that the gunner would ideally be the 24-year-old to come to the left and give the other side a Kai Herberts in the middle with the ideal player to complement Bukayosaka.
Meanwhile, Chelsea wants Rodrigo along with new strikers like Benjamin Sesco and says they want to offer a new look front three for next season.
Can Rodrigo’s transfer see the Man City duo leave?
Fitches also suggests that the city’s interest in Rodrigo will come as both Jack Grelish and Jeremy Doc can leave Etihad Stadium this summer.
It certainly seems pretty fair to say that neither player has been at his best for a while. So Rodrigo could be an upgrade.
Rodrigo will make a big decision. All three of these clubs are appealing to him as they appear to bounce back after this slightly disappointing spell in his career.
But even during this challenging time, Rodrigo managed 18 goals and seven assists in all club and national tournaments this season.
