Chelsea is reportedly discussing the swap transfer transaction that Xavi Simons and Christopher Nkunku will be involved in at RB Leipzig.
The Bruce became the top target this summer as Simmons continues to step up his offense this summer. It appears Nkunku can make way for the division.
According to the Guardian, France International was not at its best at Stamford Bridge, so it is possible that he is now back in Raipzig for talks to occur.
Nkunku initially looked like an exciting talent during his first spell in Leipzig, but he was unable to step up to establish himself with one of the biggest clubs in the Premier League.
Simons is currently shining at the Bundesliga club, but the CFC clearly hopes that they can prove a more successful signature if the deal passes.

Chelsea appears to be discussing the smart exchange deal, but it could also affect events in Liverpool.
The Guardians also note that Leipzig is keen to sign the Reds attacking midfielder Harvey Elliott, but it remains to be seen if they bring in Nukank, if they bring in another signature in that area of their team.
Liverpool spent big this summer and brought in Florian Wiltz, Jeremy Fripon, Milos Kerkez and Hugo Echicchike so they may need to sell it right away.
Elliot may have already given him a fair amount of wiggling room after offloading both Lewis Diaz and Darwin Nunes, but he’ll be a good guy to cash in.
Still, the main thing is that if Chelsea can sign Simons, they would certainly be happy if they could lower his fees while offloading unnecessary players in Nukank.
It was another busy summer for the West London giant, who also signed Jamie Gittens, Joa Pedro, Liam Dellup, Estevao Willian and Jorell Hatt.
