Liverpool defender Trent Alexander Arnold is expected to leave the club at the end of the season, with the Reds hoping nottingham Forest’s Ora Aina to replace him.
The 28-year-old has done very well for Nottingham, and his performances have attracted attention from Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur. According to Fitches, Liverpool is hoping the 28-year-old will sign the 28-year-old to replace the star defender.
Aina has consistently shown quality in the Premier League and there is no doubt that he deserves to play for a bigger club. The opportunity to move to Liverpool is extremely exciting for him.
The defender is at the peak of his strength, and he aims to fight for the main trophies. Liverpool can offer him the opportunity. They have consistently fought for the league title and the Champions League. They become an attractive destination for most players.
Aina can operate as the right back and left rear. His versatility is a bonus for Liverpool if they can get the deal done. Aina has also been linked to her return to Chelsea.
Newcastle and Tottenham want Olaina
Newcastle, on the other hand, could also use defensive depth, and the 28-year-old would be a quality addition to them. They are looking for Champions League qualifications and it will be interesting to see if they can convince them to join the defender in the summer.
As far as Tottenham is concerned, they have plenty of stock in the right-back division, but they can use deeper depths in the left-back slot. Aina was able to compete with Destiny Udogie for the starting spot. Competition over locations can help improve your team.
It will be interesting to see where the 28-year-old defender ends. He will want to join an ambitious club and get regular game time.
