Liverpool is aiming to bring in quality defensive midfielders and has identified Adam Wharton as a potential target.
The 21-year-old stands out at Crystal Palace, and he has established himself as one of the best young players in the Premier League. According to a report via Fichajes, Liverpool is preparing a £50 million offer to sign players.
It remains to be seen whether they can convince Crystal Palace to sell the player. The London Club may find it difficult to turn down a substantial offer from the midfielder. £50 million is an important offer for talented young midfielders.
The players are linked to Arsenal, and Manchester United also monitors players for tabs.
Wharton has barely been proven at the highest level, but he is an incredible talent with a bright future. Liverpool certainly hopes to guide him in the upcoming seasons and raise him to a star. Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola labeled him as a “good” player.
