The Los Angeles Lakers are preparing to welcome the greatest player of all time, LeBron James, to the team soon.
The Los Angeles Lakers have started the season very well despite some stumbles.
The Lakers did not perform well against the OKC Thunder, losing to the defending NBA champions in the biggest game.
Does Nico Harrison deserve to be fired?
JJ Redick admitted the Lakers aren’t completely ready yet, but he’s not too worried about that. And that explanation makes sense considering LeBron James isn’t back yet.
We know that James trusts Luka Doncic and Austin Reeves and expects them to do well on the court. Well, it looks like we won’t have to wait too long for answers.
LeBron James is showing signs of a full recovery from his battle with sciatica after practicing with the South Bay Lakers, according to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.
After Wednesday’s “intense” practice session, James practiced again Thursday and had no issues during the 5-on-5 scrimmage.
A source at Wednesday’s practice told ESPN that practice was “intense” as James prepares for his 23rd season, the first in NBA history.
“At Thursday’s practice, led by South Bay coach Zach Guthrie, James was once again a full participant and was able to complete the live 5-on-5 portion without any lingering aches or pains in his lower back or right side, officials said.”
The paper added that James will return to practice with the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday once the team completes its road trip and will resume practicing at their El Segundo facility.

LeBron James’ return to the Los Angeles Lakers won’t happen anytime soon. They’ve been on a roll, but the loss to the Thunder proved they need LeBron James.
James can make a difference on many levels. First, James could step back as a third option while Austin Reeves and Luka Doncic carry the offense.
James taking a backseat offensively could allow him to become a more aggressive defensive wing shooter, something his offensive responsibilities have prevented him from doing in the past.
And on nights when the duo doesn’t have much luck, like against the OKC Thunder, James can take over and adjust the offense while also scoring the majority of the points.
