La Lakers star Louis Hachimura highlighted the team’s problems after the difficult defeat of the home to Minnesota.

The LA Lakers’ promising season fell apart in the NBA playoffs, exposed by the more physically dominant Minnesota Timberwolves team.

The Timberwolves closed out the series 4-1, winning Game 5 in LA with a scoreline of 103-96.

The Lakers’ small ball lineup was ineffective in the shooting struggle, with Austin Reeves going from 3 to just 2-10.

With the omitted Jaxson Hayes from the JJ Redick lineup, the Lakers split the play at center in an emergency package of LeBron James and Louis Facimura.

Rudy Gobert had a field day and grabbed 24 rebounds in addition to scoring 27 points.

After the match, Louis Hachimura mentioned the Lakers’ painting struggle as a reason for his defeat.

“We didn’t get a rebound. We need someone to get a rebound.”

LeBron James, Luca Donsic and Jarred Vanderbilt each had seven rebounds to lead the Lakers category.

Hachimura had four rebounds and honestly admitted that this is not a position he could thrive.

“That’s difficult. Unfortunately, I’m not five,” he commented after the match.

Rui Hachimura was one player who appeared with some credits since the loss of Game 5 of the La Lakers.

He scored 23 points, comparable to tally from Game 4, and contributed to a higher scoring output than LeBron James’ 22. Only Luka Donsic had more at 28.

Hayashi Village shot 5-8 from 3, shooting all 9-13 Shooting Night with 62.5% credits and 56%.

He can be satisfied with what he has done and should not beat himself to what he couldn’t do when he was put in a tough position to succeed.
