LOSC LILLE STRIKER Jonathan David is a player in demand heading into the summer transfer window and is eager to see multiple Premier League clubs sign him.
The 25-year-old striker becomes a free agent and it’s no surprise that some clubs want to sign him. He is one of the best offensive players in European football, and Canada International has 25 goals and 11 assists in his name this season.
He has established himself as one of the top players in French football, and is looking to take the next step in his development and join a big club. According to Fichajes, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham, West Ham and Newcastle are all eager to ensure his service.
It would be interesting to see where he ends. He has been hailed as an “incredible” player this season. The players are also linked to Arsenal.
Chelsea, Man United and Liverpool need Jonathan David
It’s no secret that Chelsea needs a quality striker. They need a Nicholas Jackson upgrade and the Canadians may be the ideal acquisition for them. He adds goals and creativity to the aspects and will improve Chelsea in the future.
Similarly, Manchester United need upgrades for players like Joshua Zilkies. The Dutch International has not been in its best since its move to the Premier League. He is still adapted to British football and Manchester United will need to advance a reliable centre to lead the line for them. Canadians certainly fit the profile.
The opportunity to join a club like Chelsea and Manchester United is extremely exciting for players.
Finally, Liverpool also keeps tabs on players. Darwin Nunes has been extremely overwhelming this season, with him scoring just seven goals in all competitions. Liverpool needs a better player on offense, and David could be an ideal upgrade. Liverpool has won the Premier League title this season, and strikers could be tempted to join a top team like theirs.
