Manchester United and Liverpool are eager to sign RB Leipzig attacker Zabi Simons at the end of the season.

According to a report by Fichajes, the two clubs are willing to compete head-on to sign players. The 22-year-old is their best target. Simons is welcomed as an “exceptional player.”

Leipzig has paid 50 million euros to sign the players, and he has stood out for them this season. The report claims it will demand nearly 100 million euros from players this summer. It will be interesting to see if Manchester United or Liverpool have decided to pay for him.

Simons is versatile enough to operate as an offensive midfielder and wide player. He adds goals and creativity to the aspects. Manchester United needed someone with his skill set and he was able to prove that it was a quality long-term investment for them.

Players like Antony and Jadon Sancho could be sold forever in the summer. Manchester United need more goals and creativity aside. At 22, he’s perfect for them. The opportunity to move into the Premier League can be exciting for players. Manchester United is one of the largest clubs in the world, and it would be difficult to refuse the opportunity to join them.

Meanwhile, Liverpool can also use more quality in the last third. Darwin Nunes and Diogo Jota have been extremely overwhelmed this season, with both players linking to travelling from the club. Liverpool need to invite better players if they want to continue fighting for the league title and the Champions League. The Netherlands International may be the ideal acquisition for them.
