West Ham United will complete a permanent move from French defender Jean Claire Todivo after triggering an obligation to purchase the clause.
The London Club has paid £39 million to make the move permanent, and the deal will be like a major windfall for Spanish club Barcelona.
Barcelona inserts a sell-on clause into the contract when they let the player leave, and according to Claret & Hugh, they will win £7.2 million after the player moves permanently to West Ham.
Hammer was obliged to sign the player on loan and make the move permanent if he could avoid demoting.
However, the 25-year-old was not at his best for the London Club. West Ham is happy to sell players in the summer, and Manchester United are keeping an eye on him.

The Red Devils may be willing to immediately provide £10 million in profits to close the transaction. Todibo certainly could be drawn to the idea of joining one of the nation’s biggest clubs. Manchester United need defensive reinforcements, and the French defender could be the ideal acquisition.
Manchester United have confirmed 47 goals in 34 league matches this season and will have to keep them out in that area of the pitch if they want to fight for the trophy and return to the Champions League.
He is entering the peak period of his career and he can become a useful player for them. It will be interesting to see if Manchester United will move forward with an official offer signing the players.
The defender will try to sort out his future this summer and focus on his football again. It is still unclear whether West Ham decided to sell him shortly after signing him forever.
