Manchester United are trying to improve their attack forces by signing with Brentford forward Brian Mbeumo over the summer.
According to a report from United In Focus, they are in discussion with agents of the Cameroonian international attackers, and it remains to be seen whether there will be any offers to sign the player.
Graeme Bailey said:
“For certain positions, the club wants versatility like Cunha, Amad and Bruno Fernandes.
Man witnessing attack reinforcement
Manchester United are trapped in the capture of Mateus Cunya from the wolves, and they are also trying to add it to their attacking units. He has stood out for Brentford this season, scoring 20 goals and earning nine assists in all competitions.
He is undoubtedly one of the best attackers in the Premier League and could be a standout acquisition for Manchester United. But they will also face competition from Arsenal and Newcastle United. It remains to be seen whether they will move forward with an official offer signing the players.
Brian Mbeumo could change Man United
Mbeumo is reportedly valued at £60 million. He adds targets and creativity to Manchester United’s offense. He can act as an attacker on the right and as a central forward.
He’s well settled in the Premier League. If he joined Manchester United, he could have made an immediate impact at Old Trafford. The Red Devils need to improve their team to bounce back strong next season. They missed European qualifications and finished in the lower half of the table.
Brentford attackers could be drawn to the idea of joining a big club this summer, and Manchester United is certainly one of the biggest in the world.
Meanwhile, Arsenal has also protected the tabs on him. This summer, we need a wide range of attackers who can support Bukayosaka and others. Gabriel Martinelli has been overwhelmed this season, and Mbeumo could prove to be an upgrade.
