Carlos to Manchester United from Carlos Valleva doesn’t get cheapCarlos Valleva looks essential to Man United

Manchester United reportedly has not given up on the ambitious and potential relocation move of central Brighton midfielder Carlos Valleva.

Cameroon International has established itself as one of the most exciting talents in the Premier League these days, and it almost certainly seems to be one of Brighton’s next big sale.

The Seagulls recently cashed out the likes of Moises Kayseko and Joa Pedro towards Chelsea, while Alexis Mac Alistair and Leandro Torosard are some of the other big names.

Baleba is now emerging as the top target for Man UTD, and Fabrizio Romano has an exciting update.

Posted by Romano:Man United continues to work on the Carlos Valleva deal. Sales (Garnacho, Antony, Sancho) can be key to higher bids. First approach to discussing with the Brighton Lady, difficult coping. #bhafc Ultimately, I want to keep sales in 2026. Carlos is passionate about movement. ”

Although Valeva appears to be keen on his move to Old Trafford, Brighton may not be ready to let him go yet.

According to a recent X post by Ben Jacobs, if a 21-year-old leaves, he certainly won’t be cheaper.

United are already having a busy summer and bringing in Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko, so it’s still not clear whether they can really afford another major signature like this.

Still, as Romano says, perhaps sales of some players can help MUFC, but it could potentially make some decent money by letting Sancho, Antony and Garnacho go.

United brought in an all-new front three, but the rest of the team at Reuben Amorim still needs the necessary changes.

Baleba makes sense as a top priority as it could be a major upgrade like Casemiro and Manuel Ugarte in the defensive midfield area.

If United doesn’t get Valeva, I imagine there will be only a line of other top clubs coming for him at some point in the near future.
