Manchester United hopes for Marcus Rashford’s relocation fee of £60 million in the summer transfer window, according to Sunday Miller (page 80). Rashford lends it to Premier League rival Aston Villa during the January transfer period, and Man Utd hopes to win cash for him at £60 million at the end of the season.
The Villa reportedly has the option to make Rashford’s loan agreement permanent for £40 million, but if the Premier League top four hopeful won’t take it up, Man UTD will demand £60 million from other suitors at England International Forward.
Rashford has so far come out well for Villa with his loan spell. The 27-year-old made one start and four alternative appearances in the Premier League side of UNAI Emery. The Man United-owned forward gave two assists in those games. Villa is looking to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season, but the Red Devils may not even be in the top four.
