The Los Angeles began a four-game set against the San Diego Padres on Monday evening, beating their siblings 6-3.
The Padres hit outfielder Andy Page with a 98 mph heater amid the ‘ explosion four times in five runs.

Stop looked confused on the mound, raising his hands as if questioning Page’s response, but he wasn’t the only Padres to watch out for the outfielder’s response.
Former third baseman Manny Machado spoke after a hit on the pitch. It shows that if his team wants to hit someone in the lineup, there is a bigger target.
“If we wanted to hit someone, they got more superstars over there,” Machado said. “They have a big dog that can hit there. This game is crazy, right, this rivalry. You have this competition. Things want to get out there and compete. He spends Helba’s years.
While the thinly veiled threat and somewhat backhanded tribute to the page’s improved game are one thing, Machado certainly has a point about his passionate rivalry that ripples into extracurricular activities.
