The NBA has announced the winners of the Rookie of the Year Award.
The 2024-24 Rookie of the Year Award was announced, with San Antonio Spurs player Stephen Castle becoming the winner.
Stephon Castle was the No. 4 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft and was able to quickly establish himself as a crucial part of the team’s planning.
Looking at the slow surge from Zachary Lisacher in the Atlanta Hawks’ number one pick, Castle was the winner who deserved Jaylen Wells of the Memphis Grizzlies to be the third finalist.
Stefon Castle is the second San Antonio Spurs player to win the Rookie of the Year Award.
Victor Wenbanyama won the award from 2023-24, celebrating his teammates’ abilities and ways of thinking and paying homage to Castle’s success.

San Antonio Spurs legend Manujinobili also posted on social media to express his approval.
Ginobili writes:
The San Antonio Spurs went very well to hold Stefon Castle, negotiating a deal to win the Dearon Fox during the season.
The injury meant that the Spurs didn’t score a full run alongside the star, but the team was expected to stack up well for the future and make moves this offseason.
Castle averaged 14.7 points per game for the season and finished 17.8 ppg after an All-Star break.
He established himself as the team’s legal third option, with former star Shaun Elliott giving him a speech earlier this season, blew the “mini-cowhie.”
