PSG may have cruised the path to more domestic domination in 2025, but it will have to decide on a fight at both ends of the League 1 table.

A lucrative Champions League ticket race will have five top flight showdowns on the card on Sunday as it appears that it will lead to the wire.

For those who want to stick with Sunday flutter, we’ve seen some of the most appealing League 1 betting tips.

16:15 Brest vs Montpellier

Brest may have enjoyed impressive gusts of wind on both sides of the international break in March, but the Pirates have returned to Earth over the past two weeks. Eric Roy’s side has fallen into serial con artists against Marseille and the Lens, seeing their outside European dreams take a final and significant blow. Despite the start of April with a sensational 2-1 victory over French giants Monaco, Brest knows the importance of finding some key defensive steels. Seeing him falling to the 4-1 drum at the hands of Marseille at the end, the hosts on Sunday shipped 10 goals in their final three League 1 appearances. Similarly, Roy’s camp has convened clean sheets for top flights at Stud Francis Ruble since its launch in October. Nevertheless, this month, Brest should sniff out the perfect opportunity this weekend.

Some of Montepelier’s camps may have launched a 2024/25 campaign aiming to install their respective top flight charges, but Lapailade has broken a series of unwanted records this season. Zoumana Camara has called up just 16 points from any of the 31 Ligue 1 appearances as Ligue 1’s relegation has already been confirmed over time. At the rock bottom of the table, and under the obviously enormous amount of scrutiny, the Octane-based outfit certainly stops their way past the finish line. Including a disastrous 5-1 drumming with Marseille on April 19, Monteplier has garnered a marked point from one of his previous 12 consecutive top flight showdowns. Similarly, Kamara’s side, who fell to a 2-0 loss last season when he moved to Frances Le Bourt’s stud, finds himself protected by a pencil here as a landslide weak.

Brest vs Montpellier Betting Tip: Abdallah Sima scores at any time on Pribet @21/10

19:45 Reel vs Marseille

Lille may have spent April in a 2-1 defeat against domestic rival Lyon, but Mastiffs roamed in sensational ways. Surged towards the Champions League spot, Bruno Genesiso’s side sat firmly in the driver’s seat to take a bronze medal finish among the French elite. However, knowing he could jump over Marseille this weekend, the former Rennes boss saw his team scored all of his previous three Serie A appearances with a 7-2 aggregate score. Reel also registered 12 points from the last five top flight showdowns. Similarly, the last seen at Stud Pierre Maury hits the path to a 3-1 victory with Orchisare, with Genesio’s side continuing to shine with performances in his hometown soil. In fact, Mastiff has won each of his previous four consecutive domestic showdowns in front of his supporters.

Marseille has secured what is a 4-1 victory over the last Brest, and is looking for everything this weekend other than mathematically winning tickets for the Champions League. However, while Roberto de Zerbi’s side may have won three of his previous four League One appearances, the former Brighton boss has seen his side gain a great reputation for obvious issues on the road. Heading towards the international break in March with a 3-1 defeat against PSG, the Les Phoceens have significantly lost all four consecutive showdowns from Stade Velodrome with a total score of 12-2. Marseille should also be concerned about the worrying record for the reel, shipping the trio’s targets in all three of the day’s defeat. Watching their adventures in the Coupe de France reveals that following their defeat in his hometown soil on January 14th, des Erbi’s men were unable to win any of the last five meetings in all competitions.
