Liverpool reportedly granted Costas Timicus permission to receive medical care with Rome prior to the loan transfer during the season.
Greek International has been unfavourable with Arneslot teams this season and has not even been able to make the bench for the first three games of the campaign.
According to Athletic, Tsimikas is currently expected to receive medical care prior to the continuous loan transfer to Roma, and permanent purchase options are not included in the transaction.
According to the report, Liverpool has preferred to sell Tsimikas, but for now they are hoping that the loan move will be placed in the windows of the 29-year-old’s shop before next summer.
Liverpool continues to make changes to their teams
The LFC had a busy summer. Slot teams look completely different from the teams that won the Premier League title last season.
Celebrities such as Trent Alexander Arnold, Lewis Diaz, Darwin Nunes and Kaoimhin Keleher all left Anfield, and new signatures such as Hugo Ekitique, Florian Wiltz, Jeremy Fripon and Milos Kellquez have all been added.
Tsimikas appears to be the latest to leave only temporarily, as it seems unlikely that there have been many opportunities before Kerkez and Andrew Robertson.
