Otani is officially the All-Star Game starter after hitting his 28th home run against the Colorado Rockies on Thursday.
Will Smith, Freddie Freeman, Tommy Edman, Mookie Betts, Max Muncie, Tescal Hernandez and Andy Page are all All-Star finalists.
Smith has undoubtedly put together the best offensive performances of his career, hitting .330 with nine home runs, 42 RBI and .965 OPS this season.
The top six outfielders advanced to Phase 2, which includes Hernandez and Page. The 24-year-old previously ranked seventh in the All-Star voting and dragged sixth in Phase 1 Corbin Carroll to under 60,000 votes.
Voting begins at noon ET on Monday, June 30th and closes on Wednesday, July 2nd.
