Nassourdine Imavov is not upset by Dana White and UFC Brass.

It will all be kicked off with Imabov, facing Kaio Bolallho in the main event of UFC Paris this Saturday, with the winner having the opportunity to face new champion Kamzachmaev. Many MMA communities were not very excited about Chimaev’s performance, but Imabov found it very impressive.

“I was hoping for a victory for Khamzat, but I didn’t expect to dominate the five rounds like he did (that’s a victory).

“When you’re not familiar with MMA, you understand when you’re not sure about MMA. It can be a boring battle. You don’t necessarily understand the techniques that are happening. As a practitioner, as a sport champion, I look at the technical side of it and keep a champion like DDP in five rounds is very technical.

Imavov has an impressive winning streak, including a knockout victory over Israeli Adesanya in a recent match at UFC Saudi Arabia in February. Many believed he deserved a title shot more than Chimev did, but Imavov understood why the promotion went as they did.

When the match between Imavov and Borralho was booked, it was supposed to be the title eliminator, but Dana White said that adding Reinier de Ridder vs. Anthony Hernandez to UFC Vancouver isn’t necessarily the case. The best performance wins and wins the title shot.

Imavov was asked by the CEO of the UFC if he lost the announcement.

“No, I’m not disappointed,” Imabov said. “I know what I’m worth. After this fight I’m going to be the number one candidate for the belt. I know that what I did in the weight class is that no one else has done that.

Imavov has closed Borralho and is about to make him pay for many “ducking” comments he made along the way. Boraljo is 7-0 in the octagon and appears to be looking to get a chance for the championship.

When asked about Boraljo’s comments, he was ducking him, as Boraljo is a huge fan of him, shrugged it.

“No, you don’t want to be naive, you don’t want to trust liars,” Imavov explained. “He had lied many times before. I didn’t know him before he started calling me. I didn’t see his fight.

“For me, I was a fan following me on Instagram. I don’t need that kind of fan. I mean, if he wants to stop following me on social media, that’s good for me. It’s not necessary.

The Paris crowds become electricity as normal, and now Imavov can compete in the main event at the Akor Arena.

“This will be the third time I’ve fought in Paris,” Imabov said. “I love fighting in Paris in front of a crowd. A huge amount of energy. It’s as much responsibility as the privilege to fight in front of my crowd.

“No doubt I’m going to finish him. I’m always looking for a finish between the fights.”

Imavov is confident that with Saturday’s victory, he will get a shot at Chimaev and the UFC middleweight title, regardless of the outcome of the UFC Vancouver main event in October.

The question is, if Imavov scores a shot, why is he the man who will pass his first defeat to Chimeyev?

“I’m not the other people in my weight class,” Imabov said. “Now I’m focusing on this fight, but after this fight we’ll focus on (khamzat) and prepare everything well.
