This year’s class is one of the best ever. So some teams, like the Philadelphia 76ers, are trying to rise in draft order.
The 76ers are one of many NBA teams aiming to make a trade before a draft. Cooper Flag and Dylan Harper are the first two overall picks expected in this year’s draft.
From there, the order of the players is very different. The NBA Analysis Network announced its latest NBA mock draft this week, but things will change dramatically over the next few days.
There are many questions about what ordering players will be chosen. However, it appears that NBA teams know the players who will fill the top eight.
The order is not yet certain, but the harvest for players set to be drafted in the top 8 is IS.
According to Jake Fisher, the NBA team has agreed to players filling the first eight picks of the 2025 NBA Draft. He also added that Ace Bailey’s recent pre-draft strategy put his position as a guaranteed top three pick at risk.

These players have long been considered the best players in this year’s class. But don’t be surprised if one or two surprise names fall off the board earlier than expected.
Fisher is an incredibly reliable reporter with a great track record. But don’t take the report as a gospel ahead of this year’s draft.
Teams usually bring their cards very close to their best, up to the draft night. Reports can be carried out either way, but there is no guarantee before the NBA draft.
Jonathan Givony of ESPN reports that the 76ers are likely to choose VJ Edgecombe for their third overall pick. But Ace Bailey’s talent makes him an appetizing prospect despite recent problems.
