Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic can influence the game in many ways.
From scoring, rebounding and assisting, Nikola Djokic has all the tools for Arsenal.
Even a rival player like Dennis Schroeder can’t argue about the charming talent of the hardwood-bound Jokic.
But if there’s one thing fans rarely see the 6’11-inch Denver Nuggets star, it’s a dunk during the game.
Despite being a center and one of the tallest players in the NBA, Jokic lacks the verticality of taking off the dunk in a high octane game.
That doesn’t mean the Joker can’t dunk basketball. He can. But in many cases, Jokic relies on his incredible IQ to control the game.
However, in a recent practice session with Serbia ahead of the 2025 Eurobasket, fans saw the jokick pulling away the reversed two-handed slam.
Well, that’s a rare sight as the 3X NBA MVP not only dunked, but also blessed afterwards.
The Nuggets superstar may be one of the best stars in the NBA, but fans believe Jokic enjoys watching horse racing more than playing basketball.
Speaking of Serbian practice dunks, NBA fans quickly connected it to Jokic’s emotional, viral celebration this summer when he won the horse race.
“After that horse’s victory, Bro was even more inspired,” one fan wrote. While another added, “His horse won, but he climbed his mountain.
“He’s still flying high from that horse racing,” the third fan added.
“This is literally the most athletic dunk I’ve seen from him,” the fourth fan said.
“His horse won the race in the summer. The boy is going to play for purpose this season,” the fans suggested.
Regardless of the source of his motivation, it’s great for fans as if Jokic dunks more balls during an NBA game would be a new addition to Joker’s game.
