Zaccharie Risacher has played the best game of his career with the Atlanta Hawks, and fans think it shows one important thing.
Zaccharie Risacher is perhaps one of the most malignant first overall picks in recent history. The French star wasn’t even the Atlanta Hawks’ first choice.
Alex Searle basically lets the Hawks know that they’re not going to play for them. So Atlanta chose to draft Risacher instead.
Since then, the young rookie has proven to be a strong pickup. He posts numbers similar to Jason Tatum and Anthony Edwards in their respective rookie days.
Risacher is coached by Trae Young, but he really became his own. After losing his career-higher than Victor Wenbanyama early in the season, Lisacher went and surpassed himself.

Zaccharie Risacher scored a career-high 38 points against Brooklyn Net. It was a great night for a French newcomer. He showed off his skills.
One fan questioned the Rookie of the Year race, saying, “38 points with the absurd efficiency of victory? Castle isn’t doing this.”
“Zaccharie Risacher is holding a show here. Be careful. The future is bright,” said another Atlanta Hawks fan.
“I’ve never seen ‘draft experts’ become more dishonest about prospects,” cried out by one fan who denounced the experts who suspected Lisacher.
Fans also made a bold comparison, saying, “Y’all Let Trae Young got the 2007 KD for free.”
While another Hawks fan looks forward to the future, he said, “We promise to be cooking with hot grease next year.”

With another strong performance, Lisacher would have hoped to reach the top of the rookie of the year ladder. But unfortunately, Stephon Castle seems to have enveloped it all.
Risacher had a good season, averaging 12.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists. He has not had a significant impact, especially compared to other notable first picks in the past.
However, he has shown that he is a strong player who can grow into an even better star in the coming years.
The Hawks are in a unique location heading into the offseason. If they decide to blow things up, Lisacher is certainly part of the foundation.
