The winner of this game will face the Boston Celtics in the first round. Orlando’s magic started the season well, but injuries to Paolo Banchelo and Franz Wagner seriously disrupt their momentum.
The Hawks were inconsistent, but they had strong performers. Zaccharie Risacher has been a bright spot this season, with Dyson Daniels doing a real run for DPOY.
But despite the Hawks’ strengths, it’s difficult to pass the magic of Orlando. The fatal 1-2 combo between Banchero and Wagner is a problem that is too big for the Hawks to handle in the play-in tournament.
Prediction: Orlando Magic
The Chicago Bulls offered yet another mid-ring season, which is much more acceptable than they did a few years ago. After the stars left, the Bulls have relied primarily on bright newcomer Matas Buselis for the past few weeks.
As for the Miami Heat, their season is fully defined by the Jimmy Butler Saga. And while they set up the records, the Heat’s Big Three wasn’t at its peak. The heat isn’t a great team.
Despite the heat issues, expect them to win over the young Chicago Bulls team. Regardless of the stage, the experience is important in the postseason, and the Heat has several experienced performers to see the victory.
Prediction: Miami Heat
There’s a place to play against the Cleveland Cavaliers, and both teams give it all in the winning family situation.
The Hawks can have a hard time finding momentum that will bring about a huge loss against the magic. The heat uses their victory momentum to drive them into yet another playoff look.
However, this writer cannot bet multiple times on Trae Young’s clutch glow. The former NBA All-Star has shown many times that he will thrive under pressure.
He then helps the Hawks end the Heat roller coaster season, facing the Cleveland Cavaliers in a rematch of the 2015 NBA Eastern Conference Finals.
Prediction: The Atlanta Hawks

Two teams with the same record, the Golden State Warriors have a home field advantage for a tiebreaker with the Memphis Grizzlies.
The warriors have been great ever since landing Jimmy Butler. But their last two losses are not encouraging.
Meanwhile, the Grizzlies appeared confused two weeks ago after firing head coach Taylor Jenkins. However, Ja Morant was completely alive and won three of his last six games.
Expect a close relationship between the two sides. But the Warriors have too much stability on their side, even with losses.
Prediction: Golden State Warriors
Last year’s NBA finalists didn’t expect to see their rankings that low. However, after trading Luka Dancic for subsequent injuries to Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving, the Mavericks season fell apart.
As for the Sacramento Kings, they find themselves in the same position as last year. But are they enough to defeat Mavericks with the addition of Demar Derozan and Zach Lavine?
Short answer – No. Anthony Davis may be the only NBA superstar for the Mavericks, but Davis is motivated, playing really strong basketball, and the King can’t overcome them.
Prediction: Dallas Mavericks
The Grizzlies and Mavericks will face off in rematches of each final game of the NBA season.
The Grizzlies have made the decisive winner of that game. But does history repeat itself in playoff spots on the line?
Unfortunately for the Mavericks, yes, that’s true. It may not be as bad as the 132-97 loss from Sunday, but the Grizzlies have too much star power for the Mavericks to fight.
Prediction: The Memphis Grizzlies
