Chelsea reportedly moved to the lead in the race to sign £50 million Bournemouth defender Dean Huyssen this summer.
Liverpool and Arsenal are also one of Huysen’s worshippers, and Real Madrid has been mentioned.
It says it now sees Chelsea as a talented 20-year-old favorite, according to independent people.
Huijsen looks like a player with a big future in the game after the impressive shape of the cherry.
Spanish International was able to fit very well with Chelsea’s philosophy. This is because the blues tended to target the best young players in world football for their long-term projects.
Dean Huijsen Transfer Saga adds a new twist
Recently, Liverpool sources have reported that they believe they will be in pole position signing Huyssen this summer.
That was reported in Subsack via Chelsea writer Simon Phillips, but things seem to have changed again.
I imagine such a big offer to any player would be attractive to any player as the West London giant appears to be ready to offer Huijsen a seven-year deal.
At this point, joining CFC looks a bit like a gamble, as the project hasn’t really developed as many people wanted.
Liverpool and Arsenal may be more appealing in that respect, but at the same time, Huyssen will likely be guaranteed more play time at Stamford Bridge.
The former Juventus young man looks like a clear upgrade of Benoit Badiashile, Tosin Adarabioyo and Trevoh Chalobah.
However, there is no guarantee that Huizen will start many games when Liverpool has Virgil van Dik and Ibrahima Konate.
Meanwhile, Arsenal has very strong defenses, including William Saliba, Gabriel Magalges and Jakubu Kiwior, but others like Ben White, Julien Timber and Riccardo Calfioli can also be center back.
