Newcastle and Manchester United are reportedly keen on the possibility of Stuttgart striker Nick Urtemade’s £40 million transfer.
Standing at a whopping 6 feet and 6 inches tall, German International shines in the Bundesliga and has attracted a lot of interest this summer.
According to Sun, Newcastle and Mann UTD are currently strongly linked to their interest in Woltemade, as previous interest in Bayern Munich may be chilled.
Their report suggests that Luis Diaz’s signature could mean that they are unlikely to sign another advance.
Nick Ultemaid appears as another striker target for Newcastle & Man United
Sesko is currently one of the main names dominating the headlines, with Magpies and Red Devils targeting him in particular, according to Athletic.
However, if the deal proves too expensive, Woltemade appears to be worth the alternative you see. The sun reports that it will cost just £40 million.
The 23-year-old looks like he has a big future in the game, and his physical frame certainly means he doesn’t struggle too hard with the offensive nature of the Premier League.
Newcastle is chasing Alexander Isaac’s replacement
Newcastle is currently in a difficult situation as it may need to replace star striker Alexander Isaac this summer.
Swedish International is not the kind of talent you want to lose, but in the long run, younger players like Sesko and Woltemade could prove to be great alternatives.
MUFC may also be suitable for introducing upgrades to current misfire strikers like Joshu Azilky and Rasmus Hozilund, but they may want someone with a proven track record over younger players like Sesko or Woltemade.
