Newcastle plans to do many signatures this summer, one of which could become a new striker. Although Alexander Isaac is expected to remain despite strong interest from Liverpool and Arsenal, new backups to the Swedes are needed, and Callum Wilson is set to leave at the expiration of his contract.
Newcastle was one of the Liam Dellup clubs, but with the Ipswich man heading for Chelsea now, alternative options need to be considered. And one of them could be about to land at their gateway.
Newcastle Registration Interest in Tammy Abraham
As reported by TBR Football (via Hard Tackle), Newcastle is interested in Tammy Abraham and will be offered the opportunity to move for him during the summer transfer period. England International will be able to transfer, despite a fairly successful loan spell at AC Milan during the 2024-25 season, as it is considered a surplus of requirements on the Serie A side.
Abraham has also linked to West Ham, Leeds and even Man United for the past few weeks, but considering he has Champions League football for next season, Newcastle certainly has a great advantage when moving into the summer.
At this stage, it has not yet been decided how much Abraham will cost, but due to the possibility of a deal, Rome will have to price him relatively low for Newcastle to move. The Carabao Cup winners have the money to spend this summer, but the majority of the funds are expected to go to new goalkeepers, central defenders and right wingers.
