Newcastle is ready to offer Tino Libramento a new six-year contract that will put him on the club’s best earner to secure his long-term future.
The versatile fullback, who can play for both Franks, is currently under contract until 2028, but links with a potential move to Manchester City this summer.
Newcastle is determined to end more uncertainty about one of the standouts, following a turbulent summer marked by speculation over Alexander Isaac ahead. They want to reward Libramento’s growing height with fresh long-term deals.
According to The erathe proposed contract would result in Livramento joining the club’s highest wage bracket. Signed two years ago on a transfer that could rise to £40 million from Southampton, he is reportedly keen to improve the terms of the original five-year agreement signed before banishing England International Kieran Trippier earlier last season.
Librament later switched to the left due to an injury to Lewis Hall and later appeared as one of the best fullbacks in the Premier League.
