Nitish Rana and Digvessh Rathi engage in a huge brawl
The huge brawl that shook the internet took place in two innings in an eliminator match between the West Delhi Lions and the South Delhi Superstars cricketers.
The first controversy that caught the attention of the internet was between Super Sultz spinners Dighsh Singh Rathi and West Delhi Skipper Nitish Rana. Rathi tricked Rana into playing the sweep shot in a false preparation.
This incident was bothering Lana. But the next time Latty nearly completed the landing, when he retreated from playing the ball, the batsman plunged the bowler too. The scene was already hot and escalated further as Lana finally reversed Lati across the point boundary of six when she bowled the delivery.
These six were followed by verbal nausea and physical conflict. This was apparent until the Ladyfield umpire stepped in between the cricketers.

In a recent post-match interview, after the West Delhi Lions won qualifying 2 against the defending champions, he told PTI reporters that the incident that continued during the Eliminator match was a purely upsetting event and no one would condemn it.
He explicitly specified that Latty would not say he incited him, but it is clear that Latty plunged him in, and although he does not make the first move, he is one of the characters who does not retreat from responding appropriately to such a provocation.
He said, “It would be unfair to say anything because I can only finish in front of you, because we were both there to win our team’s match, so it wasn’t wrong at someone else’s end.”
“If anyone thrusts into me, I’ll give it back to them. He was trying to thrust me in and dismiss me.
Nitish Rana and Digvesh Rathi were fined in large numbers after discussion during the match
Another controversial brawl broke out after the incident between Supersultz bowler Aman Balti and Lions batter Krish Yadav. The incident also escalated into a physical altercation, but this time Lana herself intervened to calm things down.
DDCA then tweaked Digveshrathi at 80% of the match fee. Nitish Rana was also fined 50% of the match fee, while three other players, Sumit Mathur, Krish Yadav and Aman Bharti, were also fined for the match fee.
