Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimarès praised manager Eddie Howe for his man-management skills and tactical Noos.
The Newcastle United midfielder has revealed that Howe deserves many credits for his English League Cup victory this season. It was his brave approach that surprised Liverpool in the finals.
The midfielder also supported the 47-year-old Newcastle manager to secure a future job in England. Meanwhile, the Brazilian midfielder is also linked to the exit from Newcastle.
Eddie Howe helped secure England’s job
In an interview with Fourfourtwo, he said: “It’s hard to explain what a great person (Howe) is. I have to work with him to get a full picture of what I’m talking about.”
“There’s no doubt we beat Liverpool for him. He said, ‘We’re not dropping our line. We keep pushing people high.’ Liverpool had no expectations for that at all. ”
“He is the best coach in Europe I’ve had, and I’m sure he’ll become England manager one day.
“As a person, he is a sense and a true legend.
“He presents strong human management skills. He knows exactly the best ways to talk to you in private, dressing room, or in the press. He still has a long and promising career ahead of him.”
Newcastle might be worried
Newcastle doesn’t want to lose Howe anytime soon, so it would be interesting to see how things develop. Although Howe has linked his work in England in the past, there is no doubt that three lions are monitoring his development.
The opportunity to manage the England national team is very appealing, and the Newcastle boss could be seduced if the right opportunity presents itself.
Comments from Guimares will certainly be worried about Newcastle. Losing a talented young manager like Howe would be a blow to them.
They are building a scary team and are aiming to fight for the trophy next season. Keeping managers in the club becomes a top priority. Newcastle has quality players at their disposal and ambitious projects. They wouldn’t want a 47-year-old to abandon the project halfway through.
