Reports say Nottingham Forest is currently keen to sign a “great” defender.
Nottingham Forest Ambition is based on Gibbs White’s update
Evangelos Marinakis keeps no secret that he has great aspirations for the forest. Morgan Gibbs White has revealed that the owner’s ambition is one of the main reasons why he decided to extend the contract despite interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
With tricky trees set up to participate in the Europa League next season, it is important to bring Gibbs White into a new contract, and one important task to follow is to introduce an Anthony Elanga alternative.
Dan Nudoi of Bologna has emerged as a major goal and is now close to completion, with Fabrizio Romano saying his trademark “going here” on Monday afternoon.
So Nuno Espirito Santo could probably focus on strengthening other areas of his team, and the Europa League side has now entered the race for the defenders.
It reveals that Nottingham Forest is currently keenly interested in signing Fiorentina’s Pietro Comuzzo, according to a report from Italy (via sports witness).
Given Comuzzo’s impressive performance last season, he has attracted a lot of attention from tricky trees, but the interested Premier League club has not submitted offers as things.
If Forest decides to formalise their interest, a big offer is needed to praise the centre-back from Fiorentina, as the Italian club cherishes him for £38 million.
“Superb” Comuzzo may be ready for Premier League move
Football talent scout Jace Krigg described last season as “great” at the age of 20, praised his calm and consistency, and explained it for good reason given that the youngsters had suppressed the usual place to start Fiorentina’s xi.

Nottingham Forest now sign £50m + Premier League to “take the race”
Journalist Sebastian Vidal revealed that journalist Sebastian Vidal now has a tricky tree in the race for signature.
The Italians have made 44 appearances in all competitions, but this is by no means a feat at such a young age. He scored an astonishing goal in May in a 3-2 victory over Udinese.
Comuzzo has shown very promising signs at Fiorentina and is ready to step up to the Premier League, but the £38 million ask price is a bit in terms of price, given that the starlet hasn’t yet proven himself at the highest level.
