The 2025 NBA Finals between the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder reached their conclusion.

The most powerful regular season team, OKC Thunder captivated the glorious Larry O’Brien Trophy, but it was tough to get the Indiana Pacers feeling sick.

In particular, star Tyrese Halliburton ended the match in the opening quarter of the Game 7 fight, as Achilles’ tears were injured.

Throughout the 2024-25 NBA season and playoffs, Halliburton’s position among the league’s top stars has been questioned by the media.

But Halliburton silenced the crowd with a sensational postseason run. Unfortunately, Hari’s sensational campaign ended with an unusual injury.

Game 6 hero Obitopin made a disastrous entry during an interview with the locker room after the match, so the impact of the injury cannot be kept modest.

“We needed ty out there. He was good for him to get off at the start of the game like that all year round.

Toppin added: “I’m not going to tell everyone, but I don’t feel like I’m playing well because I was thinking about it all day and feeling it was my fault.”

#Pacers Forward Obitopin on Tyreese Halliburton’s injury:

The biggest reason behind the Pacers reaching the 2025 NBA Finals was their contributions from the bench, including Toppin.

The 27-year-old proved his worth in the Pacers’ incredible 108-91 Game 6 victory. Toppin stole two from two benches, 20 points, six rebounds.

Head coach Rick Carlisle needed a similar production from him in Game 7, but Toppin disappeared when he finished the night with 0 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist.

But at least, fans know the reason behind Toppin’s awful performance in the 103-91 Game 7 defeat.
