Mark Daigneault praised one of his important rotation works after making a major impact on the Indiana Pacers’ victory in Game 4 of OKC Thunder.
The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Indiana Pacers in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. They have now tied Series 2-2. They returned to play Game 5 at home on Monday.
In particular, Draymond Green was angry about the style of play that Draymond Green allowed the Pacers to escape.
Speaking of Green, he had identified Alex Caruso as the Thunder’s third best player. Greene isn’t just celebrating the former NBA champion.
Kendrick Perkins reflected those feelings and called Caruso the secret weapon of lightning against Pascal Siakam.
Caruso proved both were right with a strong defensive performance against the Pacers in Game 4. Thunder coach Mark Daygoon had to acknowledge the existence of the stars.
After Thunder’s Game 4 victory, Mark Deanne spoke to Alex Caruso’s strong outing against the Pacers.
Caruso’s struggle in Game 3 was extremely poor, but he praised the former NBA champion for his competitive edge and stepping up.
“He’s clearly a competitive monster. And he’s proven his career many times over and over. Certainly in these playoffs. He was huge, offensively, early in the game tonight.”
Caruso played an incredible game, scoring 20 points off the bench and five steals on the defensive side.
Game 4 was the chance to remind NBA fans why Caruso is the coveted production of the Los Angeles Lakers’ 2020 NBA Championship victory. And it’s safe to say he made the most of that opportunity.
Alex Caruso spoke to reporters after Game 4. Caruso didn’t hesitate when someone asked him what type of superhero he would compare himself to.
He quickly nominated Robin as a superhero comparison. Caruso explained that, like the boy’s wonder, he is surrounded by excellent players, but can still have a great impact.
“For a superhero reference, we only do Robin because it seems to be the only thing I can make similarities.
Caruso’s teammates praised the veteran for leaving everything on the floor every night. Perhaps the star is correct to compare itself to Robin.
No matter what comparisons you can make for him, there’s no denying that Caruso has a real impact on these NBA finals.
Caruso averages 14.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.5 steel in the NBA Finals, leading the sensational sixth man on the Thunder.
If he replicates Game 4 performances for the rest of the series, the Thunder could win the NBA Championship.
