The city of Los Angeles will forever be linked to the Latino community.
These connections to cultures are from restaurants to street signs, and even the names of cities that help make up the Los Angeles area.

These communities are woven deep into Los Angeles fabrics, and what makes it a special place is the same with the fandom surrounding the and its franchise. On a daily basis, teams are ranked top in Major League Baseball, attending the year. The main reason for this is the Latino community that comes out in large numbers to support teams passionately.
Orel Hersser knows all about this. After appearing on the , he became a media personality for the Ball Club.
As a bleed-dodger blue, Hersher directly influenced the Latino community in Los Angeles as a teammate of the late Fernando Valenzuela. Originally from Mexico, Valenzuela quickly became one of the city’s most popular figures. “Fernando Mania” was the real thing. And, as Hersherzer explained to fellow former MLB player Carlos Berga, today has a lasting impact on the ball club.
“I think the crowd is because they have a great Latinx base for fans for Fernando Valenzuela,” Hersser said. “We lost Fernando last year or so. They’re good friends who played through minor leagues. Our fanbase is very diverse and let’s say that if we averaged it’s 30,000 games per game compared to 45 or 50.
The rich history of Latino players playing for the continues to this day, and has been the case for decades and decades.
The success of a professional team is often linked to the support that can be obtained at all levels. Fan support is undoubtedly the most important factor in enabling the ability to spend the money needed to improve your team and ball club. If this Latino fan base didn’t exist in Los Angeles, it’s highly unlikely that the team would be one of the best franchises in the sport today.
