Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and their new sports director Andrea Berta are reportedly huge fans of Bournemouth defender Dean Huizen.
The gunner is reportedly one of many big clubs that are keeping eye on Huijsen this summer, along with current league leader Liverpool.
It suggests that, according to David Ornstein, trustworthy journalists are something to watch from Huissen to Arsenal in the summer, as he answered fan questions in the work for athletics.
As Arsenal has plenty of defensive power as it is, it’s not entirely easy, so a Huijsen trade might be possible only if someone like Jakub Kiwior was first sold.
Arsenal certainly doesn’t need to risk replacing Jakubu Kiwior with Dean Huizen
Arsenal has other issues to watch this summer, so it’s hard to see the logic of making defense one of their priorities.
Huijsen is clearly an outstanding young talent and will certainly earn him a big move, but it’s also difficult to see him start a lot of games at Emirates Stadium.
William Saliba and Gabriel Magalges are outstanding first-choice centre-back pairings, but Kiwiall has proven to be a highly reliable team player.
Huijsen certainly won’t make it past Saliba or Gabriel and advance to Arteta’s starting XI. It’s also difficult to see him on the bench, just spending a lot of money on him.
Kiwior seemed happy to be an Arsenal team player, but Huijsen probably wasn’t.
Overall, it’s probably hard to see a deal with the arrival of Spanish International, but it will be interesting if Kiwiol will ultimately decide to move on to play himself more frequently.
Polish International took on Real Madrid this week, reminding everyone that they are great players who are pretty unlucky to stand up to world-class duos like Saliva and Gabriel.
