Pakistan’s Tarha Waheed went on the path to the world record, destroying most tennis serve records in just a minute, Guinness World Records said on Wednesday.
Waheed has destroyed 42 records for America’s John Perry in 2019 by delivering 59 successful serves in the November attempt ratified this week.
Aisam ul Hak Qureshi, president of Pakistan Tennis Federation, welcomed the achievement of the 47-year-old as a major inspiration for the young player.
“This really boosts the needs of Pakistani tennis,” he said.
The Guinness World Record is an internationally recognized reference established in 1955 after the debate that it was Europe’s fastest game bird. Today, the Guinness World Records serve as a record-breaking global authority, celebrating surprising and often odd achievements.
