Things aren’t slowing down at Rajasthan Royals (RR) as another coach parted ways with the franchise in the Sanju Samsung drama and parted with the franchise in the exit of head coach Rahul Dravid.
According to a recent report from SportStar, Rajasthan Royals (RR) has decided to say goodbye to one of the franchise’s longest-serving coaching staff, Dishant Yagnik.

The Rajasthan Royals (RR) are experiencing major confusion as several top names have ended the franchise after their poor performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.

First, head coach Rahul Dravid left the franchise just a year later. In particular, he joined the team after leading India to a T20 World Cup victory.
The Rajasthan Royals attempted to continue their relationship with Rahul Dravid after eliminating him as head coach, offering a broader strategic role, but he chose not to accept it.
Later, CEO Jake Lush McCrum, Rajasthan Royals, parted ways with the franchise. He joined Rajasthan Royals (RR) as General Manager in November 2017, spending some time in the franchise before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in July 2019 and became CEO in July 2021.
And this all came in reports suggesting that Kerala wicketkeeper batsman and team skipper Sanju Samson had requested a release from the franchise for some sort of conflict.
Dishnt Yagnik has quit Rajasthan Royals
On Saturday, September 27th, a report from Sportster confirmed the departure of Yanik, one of the longest serving coaches of Rajasthan’s royal family. He joined the team as fielding coach in 2018, and during his long stint he worked extensively with players from India and abroad.
Of many departures, batting coach Vikram Lattor and bowling coach Shane Bond could remain with the Rajasthan Royals following the same report.

Sanju Samson is seen during the Asian Cup final
RR and Kerala superstar Sanju Samson is India’s first choice ticket gater in the 2025 Asian Cup, batting in middle age. So far, he has registered scores of 56, 13 and 39 and is about to contribute in the final against Pakistan.
Prior to the match, former Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan claimed that playing a fierce game with Sri Lanka, who entered the super, would help India help the clash with the Pakistani general at the summit.
