Rangers can beautifully replace Iannis Hagi by signing this reported forwarding target.

“It’s amazing to walk the door. It’s a real privilege. I’ve been looking forward to it for a long time. It was easy as soon as the ranger came in. I was eager to be here.

“It’s a new project and they’re looking to build the league again, improve and win. I really wanted to be a part of it. I want to come here, make an impression and not only do I can, but I want to bring this club back to where it belongs.”

The Door, Rangers and Russell Martin are looking to strengthen their defensive and offensive ranks alongside their new midfielders.

As for certain defensive targets, Bournemouth’s right back Max Aaron is an wanted man for Ibrox, and in the offense, the Guards are keen on Peterborough United’s Kwamepok when his contract expires at the end of the month.

Ranger “very enthusiastic” to sign Connor Cody in Leicester City

As reported on Sky Sports’ Live Transfer blog on Tuesday evening, the Rangers have approached Leicester City over a contract to sign Conor Coady. The foxes are open to selling centre-backs after relegation from the Premier League, and Ibrox people are “very enthusiastic” on the move.

“The Rangers approached Leicester about signing Connor Cody. The Scottish club is very keen to sign a deal to sign centre-back. Cody is one of many players willing to sell this summer after Leicester is demoted to the championship.

Coady, who won £3.9 million a year at King Power Stadium, has made 26 appearances for Leicester in all competitions last season and has been captain three times.

Coady, best known for his wolves, has plenty of Premier League experience, earning 10 caps for England and playing 12 times in the Europa League.

Called a player with a “really infectious personality” by Gareth Southgate, Coady is a central back that Martin is well known in his time as a British player and manager.
